This whole “best of the year, decade, week so far…” garbage has got to end at some point. I suppose it will go on as long as people keep clicking the links. Sadly, I’m one of those that sees a new ranking and I immediately have to know what it is. The AV Club is usually dead-on in their film criticism as far as predicting whether or not I’ll like something. Or at least I thought. After reading their top 100 of the decade so far…I definitely need to reassess my feelings. A lot of their top 20 films didn’t even make my top 20 in their respective years. So here’s mine, which I’m sure will be mocked endlessly.
