I don’t know why I skip Gogol Bordello shows. When I’ve seen them, they fill me with a great energy and joy that most bands couldn’t dream of. The gypsy punks know how to put on a show, and they appear to have as much fun playing as the audience does listening. Kudos to the band for telling security to settle down and let the kids crowd surf if they want. Every few seconds another person was joining the already crowded stage just to leap off into the abyss.
They wasted no time at all, launching into a smoking hot set that set the fans ablaze. There was nary a still body in the sea of beings all getting their faces melted or whatever term people are using now. If you ever need a riot incited, Gogol Bordello are the ones you should call.
