Vince Staples put on one of the hottest sets of the fest. I’m pretty sure everyone could’ve used a cold, refreshing Sprite once he was done. I loved that he did his Gorillaz feature from “Ascension” and that the crowd went wild for it. The only weird thing about his set was the long pauses he would take. He would just stand there, staring out at the crowd, not moving and with no music playing. I don’t know if he was just catching his breath or if he just wanted to take in the moment for himself, but it was a little odd.
