I’d heard of these guys but never paid much attention. Holy jeez did they blow the lid off last night! Glad I got there early to catch their whole set. Doubly so because these pictures I got are really good (I think-let me know in the comments. Please clap.) They have a very Jack White/White Stripes kind of sound. Much moreso than that other bluesy rock duo you’re probably thinking of. And if you want a recommendation on another duo that Black Pistol Fire reminds me of, but a little more dancey, check out Ghostland Observatory. I don’t think they’re making music together anymore, but their old stuff is on Spotify.
