Yesterday I was sent this video by Madison-based duo Seasaw. It really made me laugh. Enough that I had to watch it again to hear the music. The song is pretty good, but the video is tip-top. I ended up watching another video of theirs for a song called “God(zilla),” which I like even better. Then I watched another for a song from a couple years ago. One thing is clear, these artists know how to make fun videos.

“Big Dogs” and “God(zilla)” both appear on their new LP, also titled Big Dogs. That record comes out September 7th. Meg Golz and Eve Wilczewski match together well, so I’m glad they found one another. They mix up their style a bit and seem capable of pretty much anything musically. The tunes are still a little unpolished, which lends itself to the DIY style of their videos.

I look forward to hearing more from these artists in the future.
