It’s been a while since Jennifer Hall appeared here on the site. She’s back with a great video for her latest single, “In The Water.”

There’s been a trend in the last year or so, one that I’m completely in favor of, that has music videos featuring dancers performing instead of the artist. “In The Water” is actually one of the better ones I’ve seen. The dancers, Orb Box and Nikki Palumbo, perform beautifully and deliver the perfect choreography to match the emotion of the song.

Midwest Action premiered the video a couple weeks ago. That was followed by spins on Chirp Radio and 101WKQX, one of Chicago’s most popular radio stations. The track was built for radio, with a gigantic chorus perfectly suited for singing along in the car.
