Hoots & Hellmouth-“Why Would You Not Want To Go There” Video

About a month or so ago I posted the single for the new Hoots & Hellmouth album called “Why Would You Not Want To Go There.” I don’t usually write about singles because I usually don’t feel like they give a good enough idea of what you’re in for with the rest of the album. Often a record company will hear a song that might get radio play and sell some one-song downloads on iTunes, so they put it out even if it isn’t at all representative of the band. That wasn’t the case with this one, though. After about thirty seconds I knew exactly what kind of band this was and what they were going for. A couple weeks later my thoughts were confirmed when I reviewed Salt in full.
