It’s been a couple years since the last music from Bleached. Their 2017 EP Can You Deal? landed on my honorable mentions list, and their 2016 album Welcome The Worms made it into my Top 50 of 2016. I’ve been looking forward to hearing more from the Clavin sisters, so I’m excited to be able to share this with you all.

Some might be surprised by the acoustic nature of the tune, which is a big departure from the sound for which they’re known. Don’t worry, though…eventually they start rocking. I think it lives in their bones, so they couldn’t stay soft the whole time. It’s nice to hear that they can slow it down and remain compelling even when they are more quiet and introverted.

The single is all we get for now, with a promise of more to come. When that will happen remains unknown. They’ll be hitting the road, opening shows for The Hives and The Refused in May and a headlining gig in Los Angeles in July at Moroccan Lounge.
