Hemmingbirds-Toxic Noise (Video)

Last week Hemmingbirds released a new video for the song “Toxic Noise.” The song is from their 2012 release, The Vines Of Age. They shot the clip with director Kevin Larson and light designer David Kolen at Maine West High School in Des Plaines, just outside of Chicago.

I won’t say too much about it because the video speaks for itself. I love the first shot of drummer Zach Benkowski bathed in yellow light. The point where the lights all go red and you just see the guys in shadow is also an awesome concept executed brilliantly.

You can catch Hemmingbirds on Monday, April 8th at Whistler on Chicago. You can also grab The Vines Of Age from their Bandcamp page.
